As a thank-you for Valentine’s day, I decided to publish a recording from my workshop in Victoria. I mostly record these so I can see how I’m doing and try to learn from my mistakes. There’s a question towards the end about sex and alcohol that gets to what I think is a good place in the end

From this workshop, I donated 5% of my rental costs to Raven Trust, the organization currently helping Wet’suwet’en fight their land claim against Coastal Gas’s LNG pipeline. The Supreme Court of Canada has acknowledged the supremacy of the hereditary chiefs in governance in the past (1997) declaring any indigenous group that could prove they had exclusive claim to land at the time of confederacy had certain rights to that land.
From this workshop, I also donated 5% of my speaker fee to INCITE! Radical Feminists of Color.
