It’s easiest to build resilient culture early in a team’s life, but there are some ideas we can use to help adjust the team’s course and try to restore a sense of peace and trust.
There are several lay services I offer in the area of conflict resolution:
- individual coaching with disruptive team members
- facilitated conversations among the team and a disruptive member about something specific
- guided group sessions for teams coping with hardship together
- with the intention of coming up with clear goals, action steps, and a brief summary of progress made
